A month in Malaysia.

Yes yes, we know…we’re getting bad at updating. We were kind of afraid this would happen. It’s weird, because we really want to share what’s going on during our travels, but we’re also realising that writing is not really our thing. So we’re trying to figure out how we really want to share our experiences here.

No updates means we're having a good time

Right... we knew this moment would come. We haven't felt like posting an update in a while because we're so busy with relaxing! So for the past week we've been telling ourselves we actually have to post something, but then we 'forget' to.
But now we're back at it, also because it's like our own diary which will be nice to read back in a few years.

Our first time in Nepal.

Neither of us has ever been to Nepal before, so it was exciting to see what it was going to be like.
When our Indigo airlines (a surprisingly decent budget flight) plane was landing at Kathmandu, we immediately loved what we saw!

From Varanasi to Mcleodganj

In our last week of India we're quite happy to take it a bit more easy. Rajasthan is beautiful, but we've been going through it very quickly. We only spent 2 nights in Varanasi, but we had more relax-time in the north of India in Mcleodganj. The cool of the mountains made it a very refreshing stay even though we've spent a lot of energy hiking ;)

From Jodhpur to Varanasi in 7 days

In 1 weeks time we’ve spent 3 days in a car (each drive 6 hours long), stayed in 3 cities, spent 15 hours on a sleeper train for which we already had to wait 4 hours because of delays.
Tomorrow we’ll reach our 14th day in India and here is what we have been up to in the past week.

Rajasthan - Jaipur & Jodhpur

It has only been 6 days in India, but it already feels like 3 weeks!
We didn’t mind leaving the hustle of Delhi and exchange it for the Pink City Jaipur in Rajasthan.
If you love colourful places, Rajasthan is the place to be! The people are colourful in what they wear and there are a couple of cities known for their colours; Jaipur is the Pink City, Jodhpur the Blue City, and Jaisalmer the Golden City.

Welcome to Incredible India!

As the title says Incredible India, we mean this in every possible way. Incredible Chaos, Incredible Food ( In a good way ), Incredible drivers ( It’s terrifying ), Incredible traffic ( From busses to donkeys ) and the country of incredible car horns.

ByeBye Holland!

You know that feeling when a holiday starts, you're somehow completely exhausted the first few days? We felt that just after we had our last day of work on 16th August. We felt like zombies for 3-4 days, but then our bodies were recharged and we felt completely relaxed.
